ThePermanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) is seeking physicians who areboard certified or board eligible by an American Specialty Board toprovide virtual care in various ways, including scheduled andunscheduled video visits, telephone visits, E-visits, chat, andsecure messages.

Positions can be fullyvirtual / remote. Applicants must reside in and be licensed topractice in California. Applicants may also be required to receivelicenses in multiple otherstates.

Full-time annual salaryrange is $207,720 to $214,440.

Additional potentialincentives up to : $86,700.

AllLocations in : Antioch, Santa Rosa & UnionCity

Idealcandidates :

• Must be flexible with theduration of work shifts and 24 / 7 availability, including weekdays,weekends, and holidays.
• Must be willing to workshifts in flexible increments (i.e. 1-10 hourunits).
• Ability to deliver exceptional careexperience.
• Possess excellent documentation andcoding skills in the EMR accurately andefficiently.
• Embody a commitment tohigh-quality medical care with the ability to contribute toorganizational quality goals on populationhealth.
• Handle a fast-paced environment withcompeting priorities efficiently.
• Adhere toestablished guidelines for evidence-based care with a focus onresource management.
• Excellent communicationskills with patients andcolleagues.
• Collaborative team player andcolleague.
• Be comfortable using multiple typesof messaging and communication systems, including but not limitedto, phone, text, secure messages, chat, Cortext, and MicrosoftTeams.
• Be flexible with changingworkflows.
• Willingness to learn and adapt toexisting and new technologytools.
