Construction Project Manager DE mfd

As a Construction Project Manager you are responsible for leading managing and organizing construction projects with a high level of professionalism ensuring they align with company policies guidelines and local legislation. Through strong teamwork and clear communication you secure that relevant stakeholders receive needed information on time.

Your main responsibilities include :

• Prepare investment budgets business cases and risk analyses for construction projects.
• Drive the tendering process and manage contracts with external partners.
• Coordinate the execution of design security logistics and facility aspects across multiple projects.
• Ensure financial transparency by tracking costs and managing supplier relationships.
• Oversee project documentation and maintain data quality in our systems.
• Manage project timelines ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards and lead site visits to track progress and quality.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications :

As a Construction Project Manager you are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders projects and tasks simultaneously. You have the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines and pressure. With strong communication skills you approach tasks with a high sense of urgency and collaborate confidently with diverse stakeholders. You also have a proficient understanding of the field of construction and the ability to identify risks and opportunities in a retail environment.

Additional Information :

This is a  fulltime  position limited to 2 years and starting as soon as possible. The role could be based in  Hamburg Berlin Frankfurt Kln Dortmund or Mnchen   with the expectation of working from one of our offices for three days per week.
