Das bewegst du bei uns

  • As an Online Marketplace Manager - Partner Management, you will be the central point of contact for all our French partners (existing and new) and provide them with comprehensive support
  • You will design and negotiate marketing packages with our partners, internally coordinate promotional activities and ensure the delivery of high quality content from our partners
  • Perform metrics-based analysis of the performance of our partners' product ranges and derive growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • In your role as Online Marketplace Manager - Partner Management, you will work closely with internal departments, including E-Commerce and Custome
  • Experience, to ensure the seamless integration of the marketplace into the Fressnapf ecosystem
  • By developing a key account and partner benefits program of your own design, you will take our partners and our marketplace to the next level

  • Your field of study, whether it's business, marketing or another related field, is not a deciding factor for us
  • What matters is that you have at least 2 years of relevant experience in marketplace management or e-commerce in a partner-focused retail environment
  • Your work style is results-oriented and innovative, and you enjoy driving projects and initiatives forward
  • Your strong analytical skills enable you to critically evaluate new ideas, optimize the performance of our product portfolio, and effectively use data to support decision making
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both French and English, preferably also in German, enable you to build effective relationship with partners
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
