About the role
We are looking for you (m / f / d) to join our team in Mannheim on a full -time basis (38 hours / week ) for an internship in the area of Continuous Improvement / Digitalization . The internship is available from the earliest possible date and will last approximately 6 months .
In consultation there is the possibility to combine this internship with a bachelors or masters thesis afterwards .
What You Will Do
Supporting the continuous improvement of our production in the area of paper manufacturing and processing
Independently managing small-scale projects
Developing standards for specific production facilities
Assisting in the implementation of new tools and systems as part of our digitalization efforts
Maintaining and updating various internal databases
Who You Are
Enrollment in a bachelors or masters program in engineering ( e.g . process electrical industrial ) computer science or a comparable field at a German university or university of applied sciences
Basic knowledge of PLC programming
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English ( written and spoken ) and good German skills
Solid proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with Microsoft Power Platform ( Power BI Power Apps Power Automate ) is a plus
