Responsibilities :
Our client is a leading platform for global business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce that serves buyers and suppliers from over 200 countries and regions around the world.
It is engaged in services covering various aspects of commerce, including providing businesses with tools that help them reach a global audience for their products and helping buyers discover products, find suppliers and place orders online fast and efficiently.
To develop and execute personalized sales plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Negotiate win-win contracts and provide ongoing support to new and established sellers, ensuring their success owning your customers end to end.
Close Deals with Confidence being a persuasive advocate, presenting compelling solutions and market insights to convince key decision-makers.
Identify and qualify potential customers who are a perfect fit for our platform.
Collaborate for Impact to foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
Requirements :
1-3 years of proven success in full-cycle B2B sales or business development within the German / DACH region.
Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and present confidently.
Keen eye for detail and a strategic mind, enabling you to develop and implement winning sales plans.
Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous personal and professional growth.
Data-Driven & Analytical, to leverage data to measure performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve your approach.
German (Native / Bi-lingual / C1 / C2) and English (Business Fluency)
Sales experience in industries like E-commerce, Online Retail, Digital Commerce, SaaS, Technology Start-Ups, Technology Companies, Software Sales, Retail, Logistics, B2B, B2C, FMCG, Manufacturing, Food and Beverages, Cosmetics or Consultancy.
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
