Our client, a leading global ICT provider,is recruiting for a Senior Key Account Manager (Telecoms) to join their business inGermany.
Responsibilities :
Exhibit expertise in key account management, including forecasting, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, account penetration, planning, mapping, power-based selling, negotiation, and presentation.
Identify, develop, and close opportunities within the high-end product lines of Germany's largest automotive client.
Promote the customer’s technologies' comprehensive IT and networking solutions while understanding and responding effectively to customer needs.
Provide insights on offerings and prospect needs, and contribute ideas for the development of product and solutions portfolios.
Take ownership of the sales and marketing functions for Key Accounts, ensuring effective strategies and execution.
Drive initiatives to increase revenue and profit, ensure proper handover, and collaborate with the team, leveraging organizational resources such as Presales, Services, and Channel teams.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
At least 5 years of experience in ICT account sales, with specific experience in expanding and managing automotive manufacturing clients.
Technical background in IT with knowledge of storage, networks, and typical applications in an enterprise environment. Proven experience working with customers, including senior managers, IT and procurement departments, as well as project teams.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions, combined with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of successfully securing new business.
Proficiency in German and fluency in English are essential.
