TheColumbus Flight Director Office is responsible for the European Segment of theInternational Space Station (ISS) , assuring crew and vehicle safety, as well asthe mission success. The Columbus Flight Director leads the Columbus FlightControl Team in the planning and execution of real-time ISS operations, incooperation with NASA and the International Partners of the ISS Program.

We are looking for experts in Engineering with backgroundand interest in Columbus Operations

• Engineeringdegree or equivalent University degree ( or equivalent)
• Willingnessto work shift for 24 / 7 support
• Abilityto apply logical thought processes in analyzing and troubleshooting complexsystems
• Abilityto work under stress
• Goodteam working and communication skills
• Fluencyin written and spoken English
• Demonstrablemotivation and interest in Human Space Flight / Space Operations
• Demonstrabledecision-making and leadership skills

We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in Columbus Operations.
