Funds Lawyer

⚠️ This position is strictly open to lawyers admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or List IV). Applications from candidates not admitted to the Luxembourg Bar will not be considered.

Our client is a well-established law firm in Luxembourg, advising an international client base on investment funds and asset management matters. The firm is recognised for its technical expertise and its involvement in complex and cross-border fund structures.

Job Description

As part of the Funds team, you will advise clients on a broad range of Luxembourg and international fund matters.

Your responsibilities will include :

Advising on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of investment funds (UCITS, AIFs, regulated and unregulated)

Drafting and reviewing fund documentation (prospectuses, LPAs, articles of association, service provider agreements)

Advising on regulatory and governance aspects

Supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of funds

Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders

Managing files with increasing autonomy

Candidate Profile

Lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or List IV – mandatory)

Experience in Investment Funds , ideally within a Luxembourg law firm

Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulations

Ability to work autonomously while working closely with partners and teams

Fluent in English ; French is an asset

Rigorous, proactive and client-focused mindset
