Technical support employee (m / f / d) with a focus on migration / installation
Your tasks :
- Configuring and setting up our application software for customers, as well as setting up, configuring and checking interfaces
- Server maintenance and server migrations
- Software updates at Linux and web level
- Independent processing of customer inquiries and technical support for our software
We are enthusiastic :
- Passion for new challenges, commitment and teamwork
- Completed vocational training in IT and professional experience in technical IT / IT administrative activities
- Very good knowledge of databases, programming languages such as PHP, Shell, HTML or SQL as well as Windows and Linux distributions
- Strong analytical and communication skills as well as structured working methods
- Written and spoken German at a minimum C1 level
