Onsite Associate II, Inventory & Material Mgmt

Für unseren Kunden am Standort Ulm suchen wir eine(n) Onsite Associate II Inventory & Material Mgmt (w/m/d) für einen befristeten Zeitraum (3 Monate).

Ihre Aufgaben

Die Position im Team soll hauptsächlich Services-Leistungen rund um das Labor bei einem führenden Unternehmen der Kosmetikindustrie durchführen wie z.B.:

• Ablaufdatenprüfung
• Chemikalienmanagement
• (Eingang/Registrierung/Auslieferung/Verfallsdatenprüfung/Entsorgung)
• Sonstiger Wareneingang und -verteilung
• PoU-Management (div. Chemikalien & Verbrauchsmaterialien)
• Kalibrierung diverser Laborgeräte
• Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Aktualisierung von SOPs sowie RAs
• Dokumentation

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lagerist mit Erfahrung im Chemiebereich (m/w/d) Chemisch-technischer Assistent (m/w/d) Chemikant (m/w/d) Laborant (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse MS-Office Paket
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohes Engagement Selbstständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sind die Grundlagen deiner strukturierten kunden- und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise
