Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Salesforce Consultant.

We are looking for Salesforce professionals ideally with experience as either a salesforce business analyst or Salesforce Consultant
Responsibilities of the role :
- Leads requirements gathering sessions, drawing out requirements from stakeholders.
- Creates requirements definition documentation, including use cases and functional specifications, to capture business needs, validate with the customer.
- Identifies and resolves problems which may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status.
- Create high-level models and user prototype interfaces to identify and validate business processes and solutions when appropriate.
- Ensure all technical documentation / records are kept up to date.
- Collaborating closely with the global IT business applications teams.
- Lead weekly BA review meetings.
- Know who key stakeholders are and gradually build up a full knowledge of all business processes.
- Supporting testing cycles.
