our team, we would like to fill the position Sales Manager

Industrial - EMEA (m / w / d) for our

Nuremberg location : Your tasks :

Customer

Acquisition and Relationship

Development

Acquire new

customers and strengthen existing relationships in automotive and

industrial sectors

Analyze customer structures

and identify key decision-makers to build effective contact

networks.

Sales Execution

& Negotiation

Develop

customer-specific strategies and solutions based on individual

needs

• Create and present customized offers;

support contract preparation

Lead pricing and

contract negotiations independently in line with company

policies

Cross-Functional

Collaboration

Collaborate

with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Product

Management, Production) to align on customer

requirements

Provide field insights to support

product development and strategic

planning

Your

Profile : 5–8 years of sales

experience in the industrial and / or automotive supplier industry,

ideally with exposure to the display

market

Degree in Business Administration or

equivalent qualification

Fluent in

German+English, comfortable working across cultures and

international markets

Strong technical

understanding and ability to translate customer needs into viable

solutions

Excellent communication skills,

team-oriented, with a structured and solution-focused

approach

Open for business travels

national+international approximately 50% of the

time
