Description

of the Position

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing & Customer Lead, Portfolio Management & NPP in the exciting and innovative field of Hematology & Oncology.

Key responsibilities :

  • Lead strategic portfolio assessments & decision making to support investment decisions for in-line and launch assets.
  • Conduct initial assessment of launch assets leading to a recommendation for respective launch settings & strategies.
  • Lead development of customer group and indication overarching longer-term disease area strategies.
  • Responsible for the development and tactical implementation of brand plans, local marketing strategies and non-personal promotion plans for dedicated brands that are currently not supported by sales force.
  • Support development of cross-functional customer journeys for non-personal promotion with a focus on innovation, experimentation and generating learnings across teams.
  • Collaborate with BI&A to define KPIs to track brand performance
  • Screen global market research & insights and define local insight needs
  • Bottom-up A&P budget planning & continuous budget management.
  • Support demand planning process by providing specific strategic and market insights.
  • Lead & support customer group overarching projects.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with entire x-functional BU team, internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Job qualification :

  • Natural science and / or Business Administration degree
  • Successful experience in a marketing or business development position in the pharmaceutical market
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate these into a targeted strategy
  • Experience in the field of Oncology / Specialty care is an advantage
  • Sales and field experience as product specialist is an advantage
  • Proven track record in successful strategic and digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent German and English written and oral communication skills
  • A passionate, curious, creative and boldly forward looking personality
  • Highly motivated and structed personality with a strong winning mentality
  • Leader and team player, who can motivate the team even in critical phases
  • The role is fixed term (31.05.2025)
