We are looking for

FP&A Systems & Analytics Expert (m / f / d)

at one of our locations in Europe - in Germany

Your tasks :

Own the design setup and continuous improvement of FP&A reporting planning and analytics tools to enable accurate forecasting insightful analysis and scalable decision-making across the organization.

Own and optimize FP&A planning and reporting tools.

Act as system owner for FP&A platforms and ensure system integration.

Partner with BI to translate FP&A requirements into scalable solutions.

Develop standardized reports dashboards and executive reporting.

Build and maintain budgeting forecasting and long-range planning models.

Ensure data accuracy governance and reconciliation across systems.

Drive automation and efficiency in planning and reporting processes.

Support system implementations upgrades and user training.

Job requirements

510 years of experience in FP&A financial reporting or financial systems roles.

Proven experience implementing and owning FP&A planning and reporting tools.

Strong hands-on expertise with FP&A and BI tools (e.g. Power BI Jedox Tableau).

Advanced Excel skills and strong financial and data modeling capabilities.

Experience with data integration ETL concepts and system interfaces.

Ability to translate financial logic into robust system and data structures.

Hands-on pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.

Fluent in English or German.
