Customer Service Representative (German Speaker) Join Our Growing Team in Porto!

Location : Porto Portugal (Onsite or Hybrid)

Relocation : Full relocation support offered (flight & temporary accommodation)

Languages Required : Fluent German (C2 level) & Fluent English (B2 level)

Contract Type : Permanent

Your Responsibilities :

  • Review and evaluate online content videos complaints and legal notices related to copyright issues.
  • Audit and update content on a popular social media platform .
  • Ensure that services meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer expectations.
  • Protect customer data while adhering strictly to compliance and accuracy guidelines.
  • Be a key player in maintaining a professional and customerfocused environment ensuring positive experiences for every client.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Fluent German (C2 level) and Fluent English (B2 level) .
  • Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally .
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Demonstrated patience and professionalism when dealing with customers especially in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and adjust to different shifts if needed.
  • Associate degree in a related field and 6 months to 1 year of relevant customer service experience (preferred).
  • Strong customer service orientation and a teamplayer mentality.
