About the role

Are you a seasoned Financial Controller looking for an opportunity to make a real difference Were seeking a driven professional to join our Finance team in Berlin and play a key role in shaping our financial operations.

In this position youll take full ownership of group reporting and financial analysis across all Aira GmbH entities. Youll also be instrumental in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP / IFRS.

Collaboration is central to this roleyoull work closely with our finance team in Germany as well as our Finance HQ in Stockholm. Additionally youll manage external relationships with auditors ensuring compliance and best financial practices.

What you will be doing

Besides an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deal with constant change we would like you to have :

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP / IFRS for German entities
• Coordinate with external service providers auditors and tax advisors to ensure regulatory and group compliance
• Identify and drive improvement initiatives for the accounting team to increase accuracy in reporting and ensure efficient ways of working
• Collaborate with Group Accounting to ensure alignment on reporting standards and processes
