We are looking for you as Security Coordinator (m / f / d)

The Security Coordinator manages security operations, acts as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensures service delivery, and resolves security-related issues. They also support security project coordination and improvements.

Your tasks include :

  • Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet client security requirements.
  • Managing service requests, tracking incidents, and reporting according to policies.
  • Supporting the client's security team, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Preparing comprehensive risk-based reports and improvement recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and emergency procedures.
  • Contributing to the development of security-related policies and procedures.
  • Attending safety briefings and maintaining a safe work environment.

    • About you :

  • Fluent in English and German with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experienced in security, retail, facility management, or related fields.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask across departments, time zones, and cultures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels.
