ServiceNow HRSD Architect - 12+ Months - Start ASAP

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect for our client.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the project-related architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD to optimize HR workflows.
• Gather requirements from HR and IT stakeholders, translating them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
• Design and deploy HR service modules (Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Performance Analytics).
• Manage integration of ServiceNow with HR systems (, personnel files, third-party systems).
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices and alignment with ServiceNow standards.
• Configure HR service catalogs, workflows, and notifications for a user-friendly experience.
• Support project management in defining scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Conduct system testing, maintain data integrity, and assist during user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop training materials and facilitate sessions for end-users and administrators.

Requirements :

• 5+ years in IT / 3+ years in ServiceNow HRSD implementations - must have.
• Proficient in ServiceNow's platform, workflows, forms, and HRIS integrations (, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (, ITSM, ITOM) - nice to have.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - nice to have.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) - must have.

Duration : 12 Months (+ extension option)

Commitment : 3 days / week (25 hours per week)

Location : 50% onsite Munich ( 1 day / week at least)

Language : English fluent, German nice to have
