Key Responsibilities :
As a receptionist, your tasks are :
- Client Interaction : Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Call Management : Answer and route incoming calls efficiently; manage voicemail and respond to inquiries.
- Scheduling : Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Document Handling : Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and ensure secure document distribution.
- Administrative Support : Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Help with invoicing.
Qualifications
As a receptionist, here are the qualification you should have :
Proven experience as a receptionist (at least 2 years), preferably in a law firm.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.Ability to multitask and help keep the office running smoothly.Fluent in English, French is a real plus and any additional languages are an advantage.The Offer
