This role is pivotal inmanaging backend systems, ERP implementations, and businessintelligence tools to support the company’s growth acrossinternational markets. The ideal candidate is a highly skilledprofessional with a proven track record in IT management, ready totackle diverse challenges in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities

TechnicalInfrastructureManagement

  • Oversee andmaintain backend systems, ensuring high performance andsecurity.
  • Manage integrations betweentechnology platforms to streamlineoperations.

ERPImplementation andOptimisation

  • Lead theimplementation of ERP systems tailored to eCommerceneeds.
  • Ensure systems are updated and optimisedfor scalability and operationalefficiency.
  • BusinessIntelligenceSystems

  • Design andmaintain the BI stack, delivering actionable insights fordecision-making.
  • Create dashboards and reportsto track performance and support strategicgoals.
  • IT Support andTech StackDevelopment

  • Provideday-to-day IT support and resolve technical issues acrossteams.
  • Maintain and enhance the eCommerce techstack, ensuring it scales with businessgrowth.
  • Collaborationand Training

  • Partnerwith cross-functional teams to address technical needs and improveprocesses.
  • Train staff on new systems,fostering innovation and technologicalexcellence.
  • WhatThey’re LookingFor

  • Experience : 5–10 years in IT management roles, ideally in eCommerce or similarindustries.
  • ERPExpertise : Proven success in implementing andoptimising ERP systems.
  • TechnicalSkills : Deep knowledge of backend systems, BI tools,and ITinfrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving : Analytical and proactive in resolving technicalchallenges.
  • Languages : Fluent in German andEnglish.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field(advanced degrees are aplus).
