Your Responsibilities Legal Secretary Paralegal Law Firm Legal

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the partner, by managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents and correspondence with utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
• Efficiently manage communication with clients, both domestically and internationally. This may include reception duties from time to time.
• Assist in coordinating legal projects and ensuring seamless workflow within the firm.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.

Profile and Career Path Legal Secretary Paralegal Law Firm Legal

• At least 4 years of experience in a Law Firm in Luxembourg within a similar role is asked.
• Experience in an international environment will be considered an asset.
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Legal Secretary in the financial and legal sector is highly desirable.
• You have a stable career path and wish to pursue in this direction.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent communication skills in Luxembourgish, French and English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
