Requirements :

From 5 to 7 years of experience in business transformation within the financial services industry, ideally focused on digital transformation.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
Exposure to implementation projects of industry leading software solutions will be a strong asset.
Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in English; German and French are advantageous.
Willingness to travel on short to medium terms to deliver projects.
Experience leading teams in transformational projects.

Responsibilities :

Advise clients on effective target operating and technology models.

Lead and manage transformation projects for clients, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

Facilitate impactful change between business and IT.

Lead service initiatives, prepare commercial proposals, coach team members, and promote our value proposition.

Develop high-performing teams and establish trust-based relationships.

Set priorities and directions to improve Deloitte and client achievements.

Deploy sector-specific knowledge to transform operations.

Translate client strategies into effective technology models.

Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients' existing processes, systems, and structures.
