As a Demand Planner you are not only accountable for delivering accurate demand forecasts and securing supply you are a strategic business partner who drives alignment across functions connects insights to action and helps translate commercial ambition into operational reality.

You bring together stakeholders across Sales Marketing Finance Logistics and Suppliers to enable growth manage risk and create value along the end-to-end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Trusted Planning Partner: Translate market insights promotional activities and financial goals into a robust demand forecast.

• Forecasting Leadership: Lead collaborative processes such as S&OP/IBP and align cross-functional stakeholders.

• Scenario Planning & Risk Management: Develop scenarios and mitigation strategies with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Supply Chain Balance: Partner with Logistics and Manufacturing to efficiently balance demand inventory and capacity.

• End-to-End Planning Ownership: Manage the entire planning cycle from statistical forecast generation to final consensus and supply confirmation.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in forecast accuracy tools and processes in collaboration with Process Excellence teams.

• Data-Driven Influence: Translate data into actionable recommendations and influence decisions across multiple organizational levels

What You Bring

• University degree in Business Supply Chain Economics Engineering or a related field

• 3 years experience in demand planning supply planning or integrated business planning

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset

• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and positively influence decisions without direct authority

• Solid understanding of End-to-End supply chain processes and their impact on business performance

• Proficiency in planning tools (e.g. SAP) and Excel/Power BI

• Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus)
