We are looking for a Global Head Quality Management (m / w / d ) worldwide at an Interroll site.
What are my responsibilities?
- Global responsibility for the area of quality management as specified by the Chief Operations Officer (COO)
- Strategic orientation and systematic further development of the responsible area in cooperation with the plants worldwide
- Process monitoring and further development in the area of quality management incl. creation of a global quality management manual
- Responsible for the development and implementation of a global integrated management system according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 in the production plants, in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Coordination and control of global project activities in quality management
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary global and local projects
- Monitoring and further development of the zero defect strategy in all plants
- Global investment planning, taking into account efficiency, Group and strategic goals
- Responsible for supplier quality management, including planning and conducting audits
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Successfully completed studies in engineering, environmental management, quality management or comparable qualificationAt least 5 years of experience in the field of quality in a manufacturing company with a global orientationDeep knowledge and experience in the areas of auditing, certification and project managementGoal-oriented, resilient and assertiveQuality-conscious and strong communication skillsVery good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level), other foreign languages an advantageStrong identification with our corporate values : Long-term thinking, Committed to excellence, Always respectful, Passionate about customersWhat do we offer you?
