Job Description :

Customer is looking for an Architect who can guide internal ServiceNow platform capability architects to strive for a healthy, manageable, and scalable platform architecture according to best practices and by that supporting the service execution for Customer’s business applications operated on ServiceNow

Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• architect enterprise-wide solutions, guide organization decisions following best practices and optimize the health of our ServiceNow solution
• support enterprise strategy and plans
• value analysis of AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios
• instance strategies o user experience- support BASF in design and build scalable architecture
• review and challenge technical solution designs of multiple teams / organizations / providers
• guide on technical decisions following best practices (OOTB - out of the box)
• review and challenge processes of Customer regarding ServiceNow best practices
• drive ongoing platform health and upgradability
• Role of the architect has dedicated advisory function to support Customer in architecture decisions
