JobDescription :

Within the Enterprise QualityConsulting division, Infosys is seeking a senior level DevOps / AgileCoaching and Consulting Professional able to interact effectivelywith Client executives, lead high performing, multidisciplinaryconsulting teams as well as large transformation programs. Thisrole will serve as a trusted advisor focusing on Agiletransformation / coaching programs across the industryverticals.

Responsibilities :

  • Agile & DevOpsTransformation
  • Lead Agile and DevOpsinitiatives, driving cultural and operational change.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve development pipelines,CI / CD, and automation practices.
  • Align Agile practiceswith client business objectives to enhance speed, quality, and costefficiency.
  • Coaching &Mentoring
  • Coach Scrum Masters, ProductOwners, and development teams on Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban,SAFe, SRE etc.).
  • Conduct Agile workshops and trainingsessions to enhance team skills.
  • Facilitate theadoption of DevOps practices, integrating testing, security, andautomation early in the development lifecycle.
  • ThoughtLeadership
  • Share best practices,industry trends, and insights on Agile / DevOps at conferences,webinars, and internal events.
  • Mentor internal teamsand clients to drive self-sufficiency in Agile and DevOpsmanagement.
  • StakeholderEngagement
  • Collaborate with seniorexecutives to build strategic roadmaps for Agile and DevOpsadoption.
  • Facilitate communication acrosscross-functional teams and departments to ensure alignment onproject goals and outcomes.
  • Establish strong clientrelationships, driving new / repeat business and long-termengagements.

  • Define and track KPIsrelated to Agile / DevOps (velocity, cycle time, deploymentfrequency, MTTR etc).
  • Conduct retrospectives, healthchecks, and assessments to monitor progress and ensure ongoingimprovements.
  • Practice Growthand Talent Management
  • Drive practicegrowth by identifying new business opportunities, contributing toproposals and expanding client relationships.
  • Mentorand develop fellow colleagues / consultants, fostering ahigh-performance culture through continuous learning, collaboratingand skill enhancement.
  • Lead recruitment and talentdevelopment initiatives to build a strong, diverse team alignedwith the organizations / unit’s strategic goals.
  • Agile / DevOps ToolCoaching / Orchestration
  • Design / Implement / Manage end-end Agile and DevOps toolchains,ensuring seamless integration of business requirements, CI / CD,version control and automation tools.
  • ContinuouslyIntegration / Automate and upgrade DevOps tool orchestration to alignwith industry best practices and evolving clientrequirements.

CoreCompetencies :

  • Expertise and advancedknowledge of wide array of Agile frameworks and Methods (Scrum,Kanban, SAFe, Spotify, LeSS, OKR etc.)
  • Experiencenavigating complex, global client environments to ensure successfuladoption of new ways of working.
  • Strong alignment ofAgile / DevOps / SRE practices with broader business objectives,focusing on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFeAgilist (SA), or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding oforganizational change and the ability to drive cultural shiftstoward Agile / DevOps / SRE methodologies.
  • Knowledge ofnew / emerging practices and coaching techniques
  • Expertise in DevOps fundamental practices - CI / CD pipelinesdefinition, proficiency in DevOps tooling ecosystem (e.g., Jenkins,Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge in one or more cloudplatforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation techniques (Ansible,Terraform, ARM)
  • Exceptional communication andstakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to leadcross-functional teams and influence C-levelexecutives.
  • Ability to create clarity in a complexchanging environment
  • Demonstrated continuouslearning
  • PreferredSkills :

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure asCode (IaC) and continuous testing / security.
  • DeveloperExperience in wide variety of technologies
  • Hands ontools / configuration experience
  • Cloud relatedexperience / certification and relevant certifications (CertifiedScrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant, AWS / Azure,etc.).
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps consulting,coaching, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leadinglarge-scale Agile / DevOps transformations in complex, globalenvironments.
