We are looking for a European Compliance & Risk Manager to ensure our operations remain compliant resilient and ready for the future. This is a key role for professionals who value precision responsibility and international collaboration.

Your Mission

• Ensure regulatory compliance across EU markets (GDPR AML consumer protection financial services).
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide clear actionable guidance.
• Identify and mitigate operational and regulatory risks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and controls.
• Deliver transparent compliance and risk reports to senior leadership and support audits.

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks; familiarity with German and other European requirements is a plus.
• Experience in compliance and risk management across multiple markets.
• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and deliver training.
• C1 levelor above fluency in English (essential) &German (essential) or other European languages are an advantage.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability for working in an international environment.
