Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, building strong, trust-based relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll serve as a strategic consultant, understanding client objectives and recommending solutions that align perfectly with their business needs. Expect consistent and clear communication with both clients and our internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Business Development & Strategy : Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts by promoting innovative solutions.
