Your role :

  • Project management for small and medium size investment projects at the Novonesis production plant in all project phases
  • Support project team in major capex projects taking work / design packages, or PM support
  • Responsible for frequest project status reporting to the project owner / StC, budget, risk, new decisions etc
  • Responsible for the technical design / function and thereby ensure that success criteria for the project can be met

Main tasks :

  • Drive project through project lifetime, from concept phase to hand-over, compliant with Novonesis policies, local law and project framework
  • Create and finalize project documents according to Novonesis deliverables
  • Process design work for technical solutions within Capex projects

    • The ideal candidate should :

  • BSc. or MSc. in engineering (mechanical, chemical, process, electrical), or similar background, passion for project execution.
  • Project management experience within process installations and equipment are beneficial
  • Competences within one or more of the following areas :

    • Production processing

  • Process / Industrial design
  • Qualification in Food or Pharma facilities
  • Hygienic and aseptic design (CIP / SIP)
  • Good communcation skills (German and English)
  • Hands on mentality
