These are your main areas of activity

1st level support for users (m / f / d) in the area of hardware and software
Ensuring ongoing IT operations and permanent system maintenance
Installation and maintenance of Windows workstations
Collaboration and takeover of IT projects according to level of training
Documentation and monitoring of IT systems on site

What you bring with you

Training in the field of IT for system integration or a comparable qualification

Basic knowledge of IT infrastructures

Strong knowledge of MS Windows and confident handling of MS Office programs

Good written and spoken German language skills

Strong teamwork skills and understanding of service

Knowledge of the PROLAG World warehouse management software desirable
