Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) or a comparable qualification
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a relevant position
• Extensive knowledge in the system administration of Microsoft products (Windows 10, Office 365 etc.) as well as in dealing with Windows Active Directory
• Knowledge in the administration of Matrix42 Digital Workspace Management, Citrix XenApp and in the creation of scripts is desirable
• Willingness to travel approx. 20% for the support of other locations
• Very good written and spoken German skills (Min. English B2, German C1)
• Independent and solution-oriented way of thinking and working
• High customer and service orientation

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Evaluating, rectifying or forwarding technical fault reports and service requests
• Administration, configuration and installation of forklift terminals, hand scanners and label printers at our warehouse locations, among other things
• Support and further development of our Matrix42 asset, contract and ticket system as well as mobile device management (MobileIron)
• Planning and implementing automated IT services based on workflow-based processes
• Maintenance and further development of system and user documentation
