WHAT TO EXPECT

  • You develop and implement innovative CX / CRM solutions based on the SAP Integration Suite, thereby optimizing customer relationships and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • You analyse existing business processes and identify potential for improvement in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
  • You think about processes holistically and develop end-to-end customer journeys to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • You advise and support our internal and external customers in the implementation of SAP CX / CRM solutions, create technical concepts, and conduct workshops.
  • You ensure the integration of SAP CX / CRM systems into the existing IT landscape and monitor and maintain the interfaces to other systems.
  • Independent (partial) project management, including planning, coordination, and implementation of our agile projects.
  • Design of the product and service portfolio in the area of business integration.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification in the IT field or relevant professional experience.
  • As a passionate technology specialist, you will find it easy to inspire our customers with new products and solutions.
  • Your knowledge of SAP CX and SAP ERP or S / 4 HANA enables you to speak a common language with your colleagues in process and module consulting.
  • You understand our customers' processes and have an understanding of commercial challenges.
  • You are characterized by customer-oriented thinking and independent work as well as a goal-oriented approach.
  • You are a team player and enjoy agile development methods.
  • German and English (C1)
