We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Working Student to drive the growth of SPREAD’s Marketing Team. You’ll be part of the small-but-mighty Marketing team, supporting the optimization of our Growth operations, from technology implementation to lead management and conversion strategies.

You’re the ideal candidate for this role if you’re, driven, creative, fun, analytical, critical-thinking, solution-driven, curious about the latest trends in AI & Engineering Intelligence, and have a knack for Marketing.

Bonus points if you enjoy Formula 1, puzzles, karaoke, and / or cats.

Your Mission

As a Marketing Operations Working Student at SPREAD, you will support efforts to optimize processes and help SPREAD generate more revenue.

Your tasks will include :

• assisting with funnel marketing process optimization
• identifying and implementing new marketing technologies
• supporting data governance and analysis efforts
• You will help manage relationships between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Additionally, you will contribute to developing reusable, modular systems for faster delivery and improved efficiency across projects.

Your Experience

• You are studying a BS / MS degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• You have previous experience in Digital Marketing, Business, Operations or Sales
• You’ve worked with marketing data before, and want to dive deeper into data hygiene, analytics and attribution
• You are an excellent project manager and are committed to process improvement
• You’re highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• You have worked before with PowerBi or a similar data visualization software like Looker or Tableau
• You have fluent German and English language skills
• You’re solution-oriented, creative, analytical, and have high attention to detail
• Bonus qualifications :
• Experience working with Zapier, Salesforce (or similar tools)
• Working knowledge of Webflow or general understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
