MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe as well as the supply of parts to other European OEMs.

Your profile

Studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree - In a technical / Engineering or business discipline

First work expierence and knowlegde in Project Management – PMP, Prince2, APM

Basic financial skills (notions of P&L, balance sheet, profit and cash flow)

Key IT tools : MS Tools, an ability to program macros in Excel and graphical / publishing tools

Fluent in English

Your tasks

• Create a KPI reporting & publication media
• Create training modules for new processes
• Research of generic project training modules
• Support weekly and monthly management reporting preparation
• Support the creation of portfolio reporting of key project information
• Support the creation of Project financial reports
• Participate in global Project Management network meetings with other continents
• Work on other non-defined actions on the project management progress plan
• Benchmark existing PLM / Project IT tools and investigate other market options
