Customer Success Manager

Location – Can be based anywhere in Germany

Must be Fluent in German (Written and verbal)

Salary- €160k OTE

The Role

Success in this role will look like managing seamless integrations with customers, building strong and long-lasting client relationships and collaborating with technical teams when required.

  • Understanding clients' needs and business structures
  • Oversee the technical integrations for clients
  • Mange and strengthen client relationships
  • Lead solution deployments and conduct hands-on product demonstrations / technical discussions
  • Reporting and training.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Fluent in German and English (written + verbal)
  • Over 3 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in the cybersecurity space
  • Experience working with larger enterprise customers
  • A strong knowledge / understanding of cloud security and Windows Server OS / Linux Servers
  • You must have an ability to design technical solutions for clients
  • Flexibility to travel within Germany when needed.
