Responsibilities of the role :
- General office organization and administration
- Support with correspondence in German and English (e.g., emails, phone calls)
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports
- Handling mail and filing tasks
- Organizing meetings and events
- Communication with external service providers and partners
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Courier trips by car
Requirements
Valid driver's license (Class B) and have reliable mobility.Strong written and spoken skills in both German and English .Organized, independent, and work with attention to detail.Previous experience in office work and are familiar with common office software (e.g., MS Office).Flexible and capable of working independently.Quick learning ability and enjoy being part of an engaged team.Benefits
