Role Overview

We are looking for German-speaking Seller Customer Service Agents to support sellers on a global digital platform. This role combines customer service and sales awareness helping sellers succeed by providing guidance support and solutions connected to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sellers via inbound and outbound interactions

• Assist with account-related queries tools and platform usage

• Provide guidance to help sellers improve performance and results

• Apply sales awareness to influence seller success

• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

• Meet service quality and performance targets

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday

• Shifts: 08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00 (rotational)

• 2 rotational days off

• Requirements:

• German English fluency

• Minimum 1 year of experience in:

  • Customer Service / Customer Support

  • Telesales

  • Account Management

  • Customer Success

  • Business developmentrelated roles

• Sales mindset and ability to influence seller success (mandatory)

• Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
