You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of the product's vision and objectives. Your expertise will guide the team in following the Scrum Framework and Agile principles, incorporating practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Pair Programming, and Mob Programming. Additionally, you will support and coach team members, helping them to develop their skills and perform at their highest potential.

A key part of your responsibilities will be tracking and analyzing the team’s progress and performance using tools such as burn-down charts, cumulative flow diagrams, and team health checks. You’ll communicate these insights effectively to the Product Owner, stakeholders, and management, ensuring alignment and transparency across the board.

Your role will also focus on fostering collaboration, encouraging open communication within the team, and resolving conflicts constructively. You’ll work to build a positive, self-organizing team culture and will drive continuous improvement by reflecting on processes, identifying areas for growth, and implementing practical enhancements.
