Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities
Support in the development and implementation of Paid Digital Consideration and Conversion strategy and campaigns with focus on Social Media channels
Translate our Advertising campaigns into tailormade Social spots that fit the target
Build performance media campaigns in terms of set-up, media management and asset management, and develop and create the respective video and image content, that performs best
Identify signals, that consumers are sending, and optimize (for example) Google´s Performance Max campaigns in assets and efficiency
Track all media and search platforms (Google, Youtube, Meta) and campaign analytics from our brand and competition for agile improvement of assets and of future campaigns ensuring KPIs and ROI are met
Mirror the Social and low funnel activities in our website and -shops
Qualifications :
Professional experience and education
3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing ideally in a FMCG business or a media / digital agency
University degree in Business Administration with focus on marketing, digital media management, communication or similar
Proven track record in Social marketing management and performance marketing
Category insights (FMCG, Non-food) as an advantage
