Your Job :

  • Manage the global datacenter operations
  • Responsible for the enterprise-wide effectiveness and efficiency of the data center, service delivery
  • Conduct trainings and guide the team on the established standards and policies
  • Oversee the installations, upgrades, and maintenance of systems or devices
  • Manage all Change Management activities, in accordance with Client’s policies and procedures.
  • Perform Global Data Center site audits / risk assessments as required
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of client data center environments, data center design, facilities, operations, security and
  • Ensure SOPs and runbook documentation remain updated.
  • Oversee the implementation of data center build and maintenance, including ongoing transformations and handover to operations
  • Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of critical projects and milestones.

Your profile :

  • 8-10 years of experience in Datacenter Operations Management
  • Excellent understanding of Datacenter N+1 / 2N redundancy
  • Strong Team management skills
  • Strong experience interfacing with Vendors / Partners and Colo providers
  • Professional certification such as Uptime institute’s Certified Datacenter Management or equivalent
  • Multiple demand intake / Work prioritization skills
  • Creative, service-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • C1 / C2 level in English, German is a plus
