Areas of responsibility

Analysis and solution development : You will support our team in the analysis and development of practice-oriented solutions in the areas of sales and consulting.

You will learn how to put theory directly into practice.

• Market analysis and uncovering potential : You will analyze the market and identify new trends and customer needs - and thus contribute to the strategic development of our foundation.
• Customer service : By looking after customers, you will gain in-depth knowledge of customer service and learn how to respond to the needs of different industries.
• Customer relations : You will accompany our experienced project managers to customer appointments and gain valuable insights into customer communication and project management.
• Events and trade fairs : From conception to implementation - you will actively help shape customer events and trade fair appearances and learn how to maintain customer relationships.
• Development of new IT services : Working as part of a team, you will be involved in the design and implementation of innovative IT services that offer our customers real added value.
• CRM implementation and process development : You will play an active role in the introduction of a new CRM and in internal process developments and experience how digitalization and efficiency improvements work in practice.
• Supporting agile projects : You are actively involved in agile projects and support the organization and implementation of new operating processes.
• Documentation : you create and manage documentation that contributes to internal and external transparency

Profile

• You have successfully completed the general higher education entrance qualification or the entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences (including passing the Delta exam).
• You are enthusiastic about IT topics and understand their role in economic contexts.
• You are proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and use them effectively.
• You enjoy working with modern information and telecommunications technology.
• You communicate confidently in German and are able to convey technical content clearly and comprehensibly.
• You are expressive and communicative - whether in a team or in contact with customers. You enjoy working together on projects and reliably support your colleagues.
