You are looking for a job in thefield of employee support and recruitment in an internationalenvironment in Stuttgart? Then you're in the rightplace!
You will be part of the GermanHR team and will have the followingresponsibilities :
- Recruitmentstrategy : responsible for multiple active digital and engineeringpositions, consistent prioritisation and end-to-end management ofcandidate pipelines (sourcing, interview coordination, recruitmentand offer management).
- Develop and maintain atalent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidatesfor current and future technical positions on in-house projects ordirectly with our clients.
- Talent sourcing : Identifying and utilising various channels for talent sourcing,e.g. job boards, social media, employee referrals, partnerships andemployer branding initiatives.
- Building andmaintaining strong relationships with business managers and key(cross-functional) decisioninfluencers.
- Management of candidate sourcingfor all our locations in Germany (BW, BY,NRW,...).
- Participate in key initiatives andprojects with local teams and other recruiting teams that willcontinually improve and increase our recruiting activities andresults.
Requirements
Youhave a degree from a business school or university (HR orcomparable) and have successful experience, ideally in a consultingfirm.You enjoy your work, are motivated for HRprojects, a team player and a goodcommunicator.You are proactive and dynamic bynature and enthusiastic about new technologies as well as technicalprofessions.You are fluent in German andEnglish.Are you looking for an excitingchallenge to advance your career?
