Industry Development Expert in Data Communication Domain (m / f / d)

Your mission

Take the lead in the operation of Huawei's industry alliance outside China : Centering on Huawei's overall Datacom strategy, collaborate with internal and external resources of the product line to build an influential industry platform outside China, develop key industry players, promote the development of the Datacom industry, and lead the direction of the Datacom industry. Plans, hosts, or participates in various industry activities such as summits, forums, and salons, builds an industry ecosystem, and establishes a sound cooperation and win-win relationship
Be familiar with and influence industry policies outside China : Accurately identify key stakeholders and organizations (such as government agencies, industry associations, research institutes, universities, and think tanks) involved in industry policy guidance, formulation, and decision-making in the EU and key countries and regions outside China, and carry out communication and cooperation, organize and coordinate with the local frontline to drive and influence policy development
Independently complete industry insights and planning : As the planner of the industry's core ideas, improve Huawei's thought leadership in the Datacom industry. Gain insights into the industry development trend, identify industry opportunities and risks, provide suggestions on industry development planning, lead the industry direction, expand the industry space, build industry control points, and maintain the industry health and sustainable development

Your areas of expertise

Language and communication

Fluent in English as a working language is required

Being able to work in Chinese is preferred

Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with customers' executives

Experience in delivering keynote speeches at international exhibitions and summits is preferred

Business Capability

Knowledge of relevant businesses in the IP domain

Experience in ICT ecosystem and industry development / solution management

Industry influence

Experience in industry development in international organizations such as ETSI, ITU, IETF, BBF, 3GPP, and GSMA is preferred

Experience in participating in EU research projects is preferred

Insight and planning capabilities

Have strong industry insight and planning capabilities

Be able to keenly grasp industry trends and changes, participate in various activities of industry organizations at home and abroad

Have project management capabilities, industry promotion capabilities, and organizational collaboration capabilities
