We are very pleased to announce that Teleperformance is looking for a Vice President of Business Development to join our Business Development team in Germany.

The Vice President of Business Development will take full ownership of winning new accounts and growing existing ones across the German market.

He / She will be developing and executing a local BD strategy that drives measurable results and supports the overall success of the new business development team across Germany.

The VP Business Development will be an SME for the B2B sales, owning and developing the GTM & Key Target plans and strategies that will form the basis for value driven sales growth - plan to include :

  • Analysis of strengths & weaknesses of current business trends.
  • Competitive analysis / strategy for penetration of new accounts / logos.

To be successful in this role you must have :

  • Strong experience in BPO / Outsourcing
  • 5yrs+ experience of selling complex solutions
  • Highly skilled at developing a network of prospects
  • Proven track record in hunting for new business opportunities
  • Hunting background / Mindset
  • Demonstrable background in developing go to market strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage Internal / external Stakeholders
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural environment and forge a relationship network across multi-discipline groups and occasionally third parties

This is a key role in Germany - you will be accountable for driving the strategy of increasing our footprint within the German region , you will be reporting to Germany's Chief Business Development officer.
