Responsibilities :

Developand implement strategic plans for expanding Mayday.ai’s footprintin Germany.
Oversee day-to-day operations,ensuring efficiency and alignment with companystandards.
Establish and nurture relationshipswith key stakeholders, including government agencies, firstresponders, and industry partners.
Driverevenue growth through identifying and pursuing businessdevelopment opportunities.
Collaborate with theexecutive team to align German operations with overall companystrategy.
Lead, motivate, and develop ahigh-performing team to achieve organizationalgoals.
Monitor and manage the financialperformance of German operations, optimizing for profitability andsustainability.
Represent Mayday.ai in publicforums, conferences, and industry events to strengthen our presencein the Germanmarket.

Qualifications :

Master’sdegree in Business Administration or a relatedfield.

10+ years of experience in a leadershiprole, with a strong preference for experience in disastermanagement, emergency response, technology, or a relatedfield.

Proven track record of successfullymanaging operations and driving growth in a similarrole.

Strong understanding of the German marketand familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to disastermanagement and emergency response.

Excellentleadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.

Ability to foster strong relationshipswith government agencies, partners, andclients.

Proficiency in German and English isrequired.
