Develop a toolkit for change management for transformation projects that can be applied by the project managers for each projectLead, coordinate, and manage change management activities across various international business processesMonitor and assess the impact of change on employees globally, recommending solutions as neededLead stakeholder analysis and Communicate change management plans effectively to teammates and key stakeholders globally for understanding and buy-inDevelop change impact assessment and training needs analysis.
