Group Purchasing Manager – Tier 1 Automotive Supplier (Interiors / Plastics)

We are supporting a well-established Tier 1 automotive supplier with a strong footprint in interior systems in the search for a Group Purchasing Manager.

This is a senior purchasing leadership role with full responsibility for a multi-site organization, responsible for leading all Purchasing activities for the European business.

Role Overview

• Overall responsibility for strategic and operational purchasing across European sites :
• Direct leadership of a Purchasing team of 10 people
• Purchasing function reports directly to the Managing Directors
• Ownership of supplier strategy, cost optimization, sourcing decisions, and negotiations at group level
• Close collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance
