Junior Office Manager : The Function

  • General administrative duties : handling correspondence , organizing documents, and maintaining internal records.
  • Support for the corporate team : contributing to AML / KYC projects , assisting with client onboarding , and preparing client files.
  • Coordination with various departments across the company in a bilingual French and English work environment.

Junior Office Manager : Your Profile

  • You hold a business administration / law degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg
  • You are fluent in French and English , and knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
  • You are self-motivated and able to work as part of a small team
