The Route 166 Project Stream Driver – Team 166 (Senior Lead) as part of the “Route 166” Program is responsible for for driving and leading the development and execution of Future Workforce strategies and initiatives. This role plays a fundamental part in enabling our growth path on the workforce side, ensuring the right resources and skill sets for the future company setup. This position includes working closely with the HR Directorate to ensure seamless integration HR processes, operations, and ongoing initiatives, while ensuring alignment across teams and departments to achieve program objectives. It requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide the organization on its growth journey.
