Your Mission

As a member of the Finance Department, you will be responsible for managing the firm's billing and revenue processes, contributing to the achievement of financial goals. You will provide a structured and efficient service across the firm.

Billing Officer - Your Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and coordinate the client billing process, ensuring accurate charges.
  • Carefully review invoices according to internal procedures before approval by partners and sending to clients (checking budgets, unbilled expenses, agreements).
  • Manage and monitor e-billing processes in collaboration with a dedicated team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of invoices.
  • Generate monthly reports for management.
  • Work closely with the collections team.
  • Handle internal and external billing-related queries.

Billing Officer - Your Profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Fluency in French and English; German is a plus.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • 3 to 5 years of billing experience, mandatory within a law firm in Luxembourg .
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg VAT regulations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
